This is a point-to-point route starting in Kings Ripton. Just outside the village it picks up a ridge. Quiet paths with lovely views take us via Broughton to Wistow. As their respective church towers peep out over the trees it's not difficult to imagine they would be have been used to navigate.
In Wistow we pick up the Wistow Loop back to Ramsey Heights.
